Hockey Refund Policy 2024\25 season
Refunds – any pause in programming or cancellation as a result of arena closure or pandemic restrictions will not result in a refund. If a player withdraws from programming, a request for a refund may be made in writing, however, any refund would be pro-rated – taking into account ice time used and insurance paid.
Tax Receipts – The Ontario Government has discontinued the “Fitness Tax Credit” which eliminated much of the need for a tax receipt. However, if you wish to screen shot your registration/receipt that would be advisable. Anyone requiring a paper receipt, please request one by emailing our Treasure, Lynz Boston-Jackson.
