PEMAA Membership Meeting
Dear PEMAA Membership,
Just a reminder about our upcoming membership meeting on Tuesday July 2nd at 6:30pm at the Point Edward Community Hall. Bryan Boyle will be facilitating this "working" meeting. Everyone will have an opportunity to review and provide feedback around the By-Laws and Rules of Operation we have been diligently working on.
Following our meeting, Bryan will collate the collective feedback and continue to amend and shape our governance documents ensuring they capture our current policies and procedures and guide us in our future efforts. Please bring a pen/paper and plan to be there until approximately 9:30pm.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you will still have an opportunity to review the by-laws and ROO prior to our AGM where both will be voted upon and adopted if passed by a majority vote.
