This is the most recent edition of the Bylaws that were created after the PEMAA membership meeting held on July 2. We are always interested in your feedback. The PEMAA Directors will be meeting with Bryan Boyle in November to create a final draft of the document. The final draft will be posted on the PEMAA website for members' consideration and then presented to the membership at the 2020 PEMAA Annual Meeting for final edits and acceptance by the membership.
