Hockey Refund Policy

 Date  Refund
 Up to Oct 1st  100% of Registration
 Up to Oct 31st 75% of Registration
 Up to Dec 15th  50% of Registration
 After Dec 15th No Refunds


Registration/Cancellation Policy:

Registration includes the registration fee that were determinded by the Board of Directors.

Registration refunds for first time players are on a case by case basis approved by the Board of Directors.
Late fees will be established and communicated at the AGM.  A $40 NSF charge will be applied to any returned cheques.

Your tax receipt is given upon registration, there is a $25 fee if duplicate of registration form is needed (if on file) or any documentation for income tax purposes regarding registration in our program.

Soccer Refund Policy

A $25 administration fee will be with held if you do withdraw your child from the program prior to April 30, of the current soccer year.  There is no refund after this date.
