Arena reopening plan 2021 version 5
Good day everyone!
Please see the attached Arena Reopening Plan, the updated arena reopening plan, (version 5) Claudio has kindly highlighted the revisions for us.

Highlights:

  • We have tied our arena restriction levels to the provincial colour levels to make it easier to understand going forward
  • The previous reopening plan did not account for a stage red in the provincial framework.  We have added restrictions for the arena if Lambton County is to be in Stage Red at any time.  Notably, the maximum on ice participants allowed are 10 and this number DOES NOT include coaches, trainers, etc.
  • The province has made some clarifications regarding spectators vs guardians allowed in an indoor recreational area.  In all colour phases one parent/guardian is permitted to be in the arena while their child/dependent is on the ice.  This includes if we are in the Stage Red.  The parent/guardian is not considered a spectator and has been classified as a supervisor by the province.
