Point Edward hockey is now open for the Sarnia and surrounding residents.

Registration and
complete the online form to get your player registered for a wait list spot for the 23\24 hockey
season.
If your player is new to our program, we will require a copy of your
players birth certificate for the Hockey Canada Registry.
One
parent will be required to complete the "Respect in Sport" online
course as well: Respect in Sport
for Hockey Canada Parents
There is a limit of
16 players we can accept. After the limit there will be 4 spots for the waitlist.
