2026 Black Hawks Alumni / U18 Game Registration
Our annual PEMAA Alumni / U18 game will be held Saturday April 4th.

Game time is 6:30 - 8:30.  Alumni can sign up and accept the waiver HERE
This is a fun non contact exhibition scrimmage.  Space is limited.  Once the available number of spots has been filled a waitlist will begin.  You will receive an email confirmation of your submission, and a second email confirming your spot within a couple days.
